World Record Announcement

Not long ago, we announced an IUF World Record in the Long Jump on Platform. Today, we are pleased to share that the record holder, Johannes Baumkirchner (Austria), has improved his achievement by an additional 7 cm. The current record now stands at 252 cm.

The record jump was performed at Summer EUC 2025 in Miskolc, Hungary.

IUF World Records are set in compliance of the IUF World Record Guidelines

Two IUF World Records at single ride!

We are pleased to announce two new IUF World Records set by Lisanne Boer from Netherlands.

On June 20–21, 2025, at the RDW Testcentrum in Lelystad, Netherlands, Lisanne set following records:

🏆 24 Hour Unlimited World Record – 412.147 km
🏆 100 Mile Unlimited World Record – 7h35min4sec

Lisanne was riding Ungeared 36” unicycle with 100 mm cranks.

The previous Records were hold by Mirjam Lips:
24 Hour Unlimited – Mirjam Lips (Switzerland) 312km. Pocking, Germany ,15/16 Sept 2016 (geared 29″, 125mm cranks)
100 mile Unlimited – Mirjam Lips (Switzerland) 7h53m19s. Pocking, Germany, 17 Sept 2017 (geared 29″, 125mm cranks)

IUF World Records are set in compliance of the IUF World Record Guidelines

World Record Announcement

We are pleased to announce the IUF World Record on Time Trial 24h Unlimited by male.

The IUF World Record Committee has confirmed the performance of Ken Looi (New Zealand) on his attempt of Time Trial 24h Unlimited as IUF World Record in compliance with the IUF World Record Guidelines and the current IUF Rulebook.

Ken in 24 hour period rode astonishing distance of 455.235 km.

It was Ken’s second attempt this year. More details on the attempt we can read on Ken’s personal blog. link

The previous record of 453.8 km had been held by Saw Wakeling (UK) since 2007.

World Record Announcement

We are pleased to announce new IUF World Record on Marathon Standard.

The IUF World Record Committee has verified and acknowledged the world record of Gert-Jan De Vleeschouwer on a “standard” (29 Class) wheel on the marathon (42.195 km) in the male category.

New record was set on November 1, 2023, in the marathon road race of Coupe de France de Monocycle near Herrlisheim (France), with time of 1:34:32.

The previous World Record was set by Rolf Leonhardt from Germany in 2016, with a time of 1:40:40.
